Randy Nemchin, M.A. PHR
President | ICF Executive Coach
Randy is a seasoned Leadership & Organizational Development professional with over 20 years of experience helping organizations, teams, and individuals strengthen performance and achieve meaningful results. He specializes in leadership training, team development, and instructional delivery across a range of industries.
Known for his dynamic and engaging facilitation style, Randy leads interactive learning experiences that make complex concepts practical and actionable. His ability to connect with audiences and adapt to diverse learning styles creates an environment that supports growth, accountability, and measurable progress.
Randy previously served as a certified instructor for the U.S. Air Force, where he developed and delivered leadership programs designed to meet the needs of diverse teams and operational environments. His experience in both structured instruction and practical leadership environments strengthens his ability to guide organizations through meaningful change.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in Workforce Education and Development from Southern Illinois University and a master’s degree in Human Resources from Ottawa University. Randy is an ICF-certified Executive Coach and maintains the Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) credential.
Erika Wickstrom
Vice President | ICF Certified Life Coach
Erika is the co-owner of Radical Guidance Consulting, Inc. and an ICF Certified Life Coach specializing in leadership development and personal growth. With a background in corporate leadership and business strategy, she helps individuals and organizations strengthen decision-making, self-awareness, and performance.
Before co-founding Radical Guidance Consulting, Erika served as a Product Director at a Fortune 15 company, where she developed strong expertise in strategic planning, leadership alignment, and operational decision-making. Her corporate experience allows her to connect leadership theory to practical business challenges.
Erika has extensive experience facilitating and interpreting assessment tools that support individual and organizational growth, including 360-degree feedback, Emotional Intelligence, DISC Profiles, StrengthsFinder, Time Mastery, and the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI). She helps clients translate insights into practical leadership actions that drive meaningful change.
She holds dual bachelor's degrees in Business Administration and Accounting from Northwood University and later earned her MBA from East Carolina University. Her passion for leadership development extends beyond the workplace, where she enjoys tennis, hiking, and cheering on University of Michigan athletics.
Kylie Adcock
Director of Operations & Client Development | ICF Certified Life Coach
Kylie serves as Director of Operations & Client Development at Radical Guidance Consulting, where she oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of leadership programs and client initiatives. She plays a central role in organizing structured learning experiences, managing program logistics, and supporting consistent delivery across client programs.
With a background in digital media, operations, and program coordination, Kylie specializes in transforming ideas into organized, scalable leadership solutions.
Kylie is an ICF Certified Life Coach who brings a thoughtful and disciplined approach to supporting both individual leaders and teams. She earned her bachelor's degree in Digital Journalism and Media from Penn State University and later pursued certifications in analytics and digital strategy to support reporting, tracking, and continuous program improvement.
Outside of work, Kylie enjoys true crime and Investigation Discovery shows, shopping, hiking, and spending time with her Dachshunds.
