At RGC, we search for talented and motivated individuals to fill vacancies within your organization. Our recruitment methods include candidate search, prescreening, and initial interviews. Although these methods have served us well in the past, we also know that the marketplace is ever-changing and that finding high-quality people is an evolving process. Because the economic environment fluctuates, our methods can as well.
We encourage our clients to share their ideas about what else we could do to assist in finding and recruiting talented and motivated individuals.
We conduct all recruiting in a fair and nondiscriminatory manner.
In addition to looking for external candidates, we also encourage our clients to know the value and quality of current employees and ask that you reach out to them for potential new team members. RGC suggests organizations post all internal job openings internally to assist with potential candidates. Additionally, if there is an internal posting for a job that interests current employees, we encourage you to have them apply for it by following your internal application process.
Employee Referral Program; RGC recommends a robust internal program. Employees know the organizational culture better than anyone else and are often the best suited to find and recruit new employees to fill open positions within your ranks. Contact us if you need assistance in setting this up.
